Due to reduction in funding from United Way and investment returns. HNC was able to utilized the Executive Director's 20+ years of housing management experience to develop a housing management division for HNC. On November 2006 HNC purchased four commercial rental properties and is seeking to expand this division to manage additional rental properties. Personnel includes:
Maintenance staff of 4 persons
Assistant Property Manager
